What type of musket can I bring,

Flintlock long arms, for the purpose of historical re-enactment, display, pageantry and parades are exempt from most regulations under the Canadian Firearms Regulations. You can bring your musket across the Canadian boarder provided it meets a few minor conditions.
Please note that infantry Sgt.'s will not fire their carbines, as they are expected to monitor platoon safety.
Here is some more specific information about flintlocks in Canada.
Canadian Firearms Regulations involving historical re-enactment
Most of the provisions of the law will not affect visitors coming into Canada for living history re-enactments since most of the firearms used for these activities are considered antiques and do not fall under the law.
At present, you have to declare all firearms, including antiques and reproductions, at the border and be at least 18 years of age to bring them into Canada.
Because bringing restricted firearms, like handguns, into Canada, requires special "Authorization to Transport" before you can enter or travel within the country, and because handgun use will not be permitted at the event . . .
. . . Please! Leave your hand guns at home! Even if it is a
flintlock
pistol, it is still a restricted weapon!
